777g Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 777g (the "Platform"), you ("the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion-specific rules. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 777g Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777g. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 777g Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777g enforces a strict 18+ policy across all real-money services. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned less any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of underage access.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The User alone is responsible for determining the legality of their participation. 777g makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are not a self-excluded player or otherwise barred from the Platform under any responsible gaming measure you have applied to your own account.

777g reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual user may hold only one (1) active account on 777g. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your 777g account with any third party.
• Notify 777g promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

777g complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, 777g may require Users to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777g are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. 777g does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa; amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Withdrawal processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of a confirmed withdrawal request. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Users must complete all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Verified KYC status is required for all withdrawals.
• Currency: 777g holds all PKR balances in your account. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

777g reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 777g are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, betting market, or competition. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game only.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a specific cash-out or in-play amendment feature is explicitly offered and available for a given market at the time of the request.
• 777g reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing mistakes. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's PKR wallet.
• Live casino games (including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Teen Patti) are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, SA Gaming, and Pragmatic Play Live. Results are determined by physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by those studios. 777g has no control over live game outcomes.
• Slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and are not guaranteed returns for any individual session.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777g may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from a bonus become withdrawable only after applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• 777g reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users to exploit promotions, or any systematic approach designed to defeat wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of 777g are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or system feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt behaviour in connection with sports betting markets, including PSL and international cricket markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without their written authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777g Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and trademarks, is the property of 777g or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 777g.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays. 777g's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's 777g account at the time the claim arises.

10. Responsible Gaming

777g is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform provides all registered Users with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry after a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month exclusion period during which the account is fully locked and no deposits or bets can be placed. Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the selected period and cannot be reversed early.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent on the Platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

777g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 777g will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 777g operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. 777g's dispute resolution process is described in detail in the FAQ section of the Platform.
